According to Utah State Board of Education rule 277-604, a parent of a Utah Fits All student may request their geographically assigned public district to administer an assessment to their student. Each local education agency (LEA) will have different policies and procedures regarding this request, therefore we encourage families to reach out to their local districts to inquire.
