You can apply for the Carson Smith Opportunity Scholarship (previously named the Special Needs Opportunity Scholarship), or be already in the Carson Smith Legacy Scholarship Program (this program is no longer accepting applications), and still apply for a Utah Fits All scholarship. It is important to note that once you accept any of these scholarships you can only have one for the given school year. If you accept a scholarship from Carson Smith Opportunity Program you will no longer be able to accept the UFA Scholarship. You cannot switch scholarships in the middle of the year.
