When do UFA applications open for eligible schools and providers? Is there an application window? Do providers need to reapply annually?

Applications for schools and providers will open on February 1. There is no window; applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Qualifying schools and providers do not need to reapply annually to remain in the program. All certifications or licenses must be updated as needed.
