All schools and providers wishing to accept scholarship funds as payment for education related services and materials will need to complete and submit an application for review.
Based on the type of provider and the services being offered, various documentation will be collected to verify the provider’s credentials. For example, a school will be asked to submit an audit report or an agreed upon procedures engagement if they enroll more than 150 students. Schools who enroll fewer than 150 students will be asked for an employer identification number and a business license. Individual service providers who do not have a business will be required to provide proof of credential, license or certification. Only after being approved will the qualifying provider be visible to scholarship families in the digital wallet.
